Save again functionality: VCS type not pre-selected

Clicking on the Save again button in https://archive.softwareheritage.org/save/#requests copies the origin url back into the Origin URL field, but leaves the Origin type unchanged. If the origin is not of type git, this leads to creating silently a wrong save code now request. The New snapshot button should also be checked to see if the same issue is present there
