Simplify Permalinks box

The Permalinks box can be simplified and functionality enhanced by replacing the current checkboxes (add origin/add line numbers) with a single checkbox "Add context information".

Clicking on the checkbox should produce a swh-id with all the context information available in the current WebApp view, and pertinent for the selected object (content/revision/release/snapshot), following #1241 (closed)
