/api/1/directory/<SHA1_GIT>/path/to/file-or-dir: ditto, but for file or directory pointed by path

This is the same as /api/1/directory/<SHA1_GIT>, where <SHA1_GIT> is the sha1_git ID of the directory pointed by path (#196 (closed)) or /api/1/content/sha1_git:<SHA1_GIT> for content (#198 (closed))
