Batch-search content according to sha1, sha256 and sha1_git at once

We currently have no way to leverage having multiple checksums when we want to search a batch of content files.

We would like to be able to batch-search files in the manner of content_missing and content_missing_per_sha1, but using all three checksums for a more refined search.
