Do not reschedule git-checkout, tarball-directory, content, svn-export origin visits once they've succeeded

These origin types only succeed when we've checked that the checksum information matches what we've received from the lister, so once they've been loaded there's no point visiting them again.

I suspect this is the reason we're getting 429 rate limiting from codeberg.org.
