loader-svn: Reschedule origins with missing data

Reschedule the svn origins:

• http://shenzipattendesign.googlecode.com/svn/
• http://zipeg-gae.googlecode.com/svn/

which are missing data for no good reason except possibly for this fixed bug about flushing step not actually flushing.
