Deploy and run latest indexer code

Pre-requisites:

global:

• stopping workers (swh_loader_git, swh_populate_cache_content_revision) - currently running
• Update swh's main db

uffizi (puppet):

• Update python3-swh.storage (api endpoints)
• Update archiver worker's setup

uffizi (manual):

• Restart uwsgi

worker01.azure (puppet):

• Deploy tasks

worker0* (clush):

• restart worker's services

prado:

• Create list of sha1s to copy to azure (which will then be indexed over...)

uffizi:

• Trigger director to feed it data to copy over to azure
