Message keys written by the indexers contain indexer_configuration_id

eg. this is a key in the content_mimetype topic:

{id: b'\x01<_\x17\xd9\t\xebt\x9e\xb4\xf5\xfe=&C\x99-\x07\x7f\xdf', indexer_configuration_id: 18123377}

thes ids only make sense within postgresql, they should be converted to the full tool dict.
