Create FAQ in docs

On the docs we want to provide answers for the following personas:

  • users: people who want to use the SWH features
    • as a service
    • as a module by running a local instance
  • contributors: people who want to contribute to the SWH project, usually on specific features
    • developers
    • sys-admins
