Use origin url on external-id attribute on deposit admin page

On the deposit monitoring page: https://archive.softwareheritage.org/admin/deposit/

The external-id is linked to a url created on the fly with the <hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/> this creates problems when using the hal-preprod interface to deposit, but more importantly will create problems when new deposit clients will be added.
