deposit: Push logs to elasticsearch

It would be awesome if we could ease the deposit logs reading to multiple people.

A possible means to that end would be to push those logs to our elasticsearch cluster.

That would permit for example to open a dashboard in our kibana instance, effectively easing that reading.
