github round 5 and 6

- round 4 got a lot of errors due to the soft time limit triggering clean
up on potential unknown clone folder...
This cascaded another file not found error instead of soft time limit exceeded.

- round 5 got errors too due to infrastructure setup issue.

Round 4: produced 1 000 000 clones

- messages send to moma's rabbitmq (no ssh tunnel this time)
- plugged to tytso's db through ssh tunnel

3 other percent experiments

This time, plugged partially on swh's network.

5 azure workers connected through openvpn to swh's network.
- rabbitmq on `moma`
- postgres db on `tytso`
