[CodeMeta] Validate codemeta.json output

One of the main properties we need in a CodeMeta generator tool is validating the output. Also the 'generate CodeMeta' button should be replaced with 'validation ' The codemeta.json output is already generated when filling out the form. this is why a more interesting action button would be validating the text in the output box, which can be changed manually.
