rename wg.s.o to wiki.s.o

Our current "wg" wiki is in fact what will become the public wiki. The current "intranet" can remain what it is, i.e., our private wiki.

The current pages in the "wg" wiki should be renamed to titles that clarify they are pages about working groups.
