Activate sentry for journal clients

Journal client are actually code that runs. Like everything else, they should report eventual uncaught errors to sentry.

Remaining journal clients to cover:

• infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!435: indexer
• infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!436: scheduler
• infra/puppet/puppet-swh-site!437: search
