Update swh-graph from 0.3.0 to 0.5.0 on granet

There are a bunch of performance improvement, that I'd like to be deployed because it's currently bottlenecking my client.

warning: there are lots of unrelated changes, so there might be issues. (it works fine on docker though)

also, swh-graph is deployed with a venv instead of debian packages
