Make Jenkins publish the built documentation on swh-docs diffs

When sending a diff to swh-docs, Jenkins should build it, and copy it somewhere it can be accessed, then write a link in a diff comment.

This way we can 1. check the doc still builds 2. see the result without manually adding screenshots in the diff description
