Recycle ceph-osd2 as objstorage/storage backend for staging

To solve the "staging is running out of space" issues, we should recycle ceph-osd2 as an objstorage host for the staging infra.

This would enable another zfs testbed, and even possibly a testbed for other storage technologies like seaweedfs.
