Restore Mercurial visits deleted in august 2018 from backups

migrated/migration$284, which was used to fix T1158, caused the deletion of all mercurial visits, not just invalid ones; so the graph storage is missing some history on mercurial repositories visited before august 2018.

We should restore it from backups
