Ingest current and historical Ubuntu releases

Ideally, both current and historical releases.

Plan:

• Testing the current loader work

• D6735, D6737, D6738: Unstuck problems and improve loader support for old debian releases

• D6743, D6744: Adapt lister to actually properly schedule debian origins

• #3774 (closed): Deploy fixes

• Trigger ingestion

• D6790: Update journal changelog when the ingestion is roughly finished

• Follow ingestion coverage [1] [3] (that will eventually show up directly in the main archive page [2])
