Add a grafana dashboard to monitor "Save code now" requests

Now that we have Prometheus metrics for save code now requests, we should add a grafana dashboard to visualize them. That dashboard could display:

• the current number of pending requests awaiting for validation
• the percentage of requests that succeed / fail
• the repartition of visit types for all requests
